Blackmores Menopause Day/Night Relief is specifically targeted to help manage menopausal symptoms in both the day and night. It contains a specific soy extract with a clinically trialled dose of soy isoflavones for the relief of menopausal hot flushes with regular use.

Menopause, also known as the ‘change of life’, is the time in a woman’s life when her periods cease. A woman is said to have reached menopause when she has had no periods for one year.
Most women go through menopause between ages 45 and 55. Menopause takes place because the ovaries stop making the hormones progesterone and oestrogen. The symptoms of menopause can appear gradually.
Approximately two thirds of menopausal women suffer from hot flushes and night sweats. However many other symptoms are also experienced, including:

Isoflavones
Blackmores Menopause Day/Night Relief contains a specially chosen soy extract, which has been formulated to deliver a clinically trialled dose of soy isofl avones for the relief of menopausal hot fl ushes with regular use.
Soyisofl avones are a type of plant compound which appear to have mild oestrogenic activity in the body. New research suggests the total dose of isofl avones and the dose of genistein are both important for the relief of hot fl ushes and night sweats.
Day Tablet
Glycine max (soy bean) extract with a standardised dose of genistein for the relief of menopausal hot fl ushes with regular use.
Siberian ginseng to help with tiredness and fatigue.
Schisandra has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for irritability and spontaneous sweating.

Night capsule

Glycine max (soy bean) extract for the relief of menopausal night sweats.
Ziziphus has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for night sweats, diffi culty sleeping, and mild anxiety.
Withania is traditionally used in Ayurvedic herbal medicine for mild anxiety, diffi culty sleeping and low libido.
